STRATEGY FOR LEARNING CHINESE-LANGUAGE LISTENING SKILL OF VIETNAMESE STUDENTS

Abstract

The paper uses the method of survey questionnaire on the strategy of Vietnamese students to learn Chinese listening skill. The results showed that students have the moderate frequency of Chinese usage, the factors of gender and age did not affect the strategy to learn Chinese listening skill, and there is a positive correlation between the learning strategy and academic achievement in learning Chinese listening skill. On that basis, the article proposes some recommendations on the ways of teaching and learning Chinese listening skill.Keywords: learning strategy, listening skill, Chinese
