THE EFFICIENCY OF STATE POWER’S SUPERVISION BY THE FATHERLAND FRONT AND SOCIO-POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

Monitoring the employment of government's power is an integral part of Vietnam Fatherland Front and Socio-political organizations in Vietnam in order to ensure government’s power belongs to Vietnamese people, to protect civil rights as well as benefits of Vietnamese people, and to contribute to preventing corruption within the government context. In fact, Vietnam Fatherland Front and Socio-political organizations have indicated positive consequences in terms of their monitoring role in the reality. As a result, the employment of government’s power has been conducted appropriately as being previously proposed. On top of that, a lot of drawbacks remain challenging which are required to be dealt with so as to improve the effect of Vietnam Fatherland Front and Socio-political organizations’ monitoring efforts, especially during the emerging process of socialization in Vietnam today.
