DEVELOPING HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE SOUTHERN KEY ECONOMIC ZONE

Abstract

In recent years, although facing many difficulties, the socio-economy of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces in the Southern Key Economic Region still have high growth rates. The labor market of the region and each locality has many changes, but overall employment tends to increase over the years; the number of workers trained in the technical area of ​​the region have increased rapidly, yet have not caught up with the demand for human resources, especially the demand for high-quality human resources of businesses and society. On the basis of analyzing the situation and forecasting human resources of the region, the article proposes some solutions to develop human resources of the Southern Key Economic Region in the future.
