LY CONG UAN’S THOUGHT ON HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract

The idea of human rights in Vietnam is deeply rooted in the traditions of thousands of years of history and culture of a nation that always upholds the spirit of peace and human values in which that reflected the aspirations of Vietnamese people on the national independence, freedom and the warm and happy life. It reflects the country’s history that resolutely struggled to build and retain the nation through the ages and the human rights’ thoughts in Vietnam that are deeply imprinted with national cultural identity, political traditions and through the typical ideological representatives in history. The article depicts the thought of human rights of Ly Cong Uan - the king who founded the Ly Dynasty, opened a long-term independence in the nation's history.
