MARIA MONTESSORI’S THEORY OF “EDUCATION AND PEACE” AND SUGGESTIONS FOR ESTABLISHING VIETNAM EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AT THE MOMENT

Abstract

The essence and core value of M. Montessori’s Education and Peace is an educational method in which through friendly environment, children can function independently and socially interact under the supervision of school/family to establish & strengthen the love for mankind - the root of sustainable peace. From the point of view about the correlation between education & peace, especially M.Montessori’s advanced method of teaching, the paper connects and explores a few solutions for Vietnamese family and school education at the moment.
