TEACHERS’ PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This article analysis of teachers’ psychological pressure and confronted with psychological pressure in high schools in Ho Chi Minh City in the context of implementing the new general educational curriculum of 2018. The results show that the psychological pressure of high school teachers is recognized at an average and uneven level. High pressure comes from the fact that high school teachers have to teach interdisciplinary integration, innovate teaching content and require professional title standards. Based on the current situations, some implications are drawn to help increase teachers’ ability to cope with psychological pressure.
