Abstract

This article presents research findings and proposes management measures aimed at improving the quality of inclusive education for disabled children in public preschools in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. By combining practical surveys with literature review and correlation analysis between necessity and feasibility levels, the study has developed seven comprehensive management measures: establishing support teams, developing individual education plans, training teachers, improving facilities and equipment, fostering school-family collaboration, implementing supervision and evaluation, and mobilizing community resources. The research results show that all proposed measures have a high correlation between their perceived necessity and feasibility, indicating strong potential for practical application. The study also offers recommendations and suggests future research directions to enhance the effectiveness of inclusive education management in public preschool institutions.
