THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION ON TEACHING INNOVATION IN VOCATIONAL COLLEGES IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL COAST REGION
Abstract
This study examines the impact of digital transformation and international integration on teaching innovation in vocational colleges in the South Central Coast region. In the context of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, innovating teaching methodologies is essential to meet the evolving demands of the labor market. This article analyzes the current state of vocational training, highlighting the opportunities and challenges associated with digital transformation and international integration. Furthermore, it proposes solutions to enhance workforce quality by focusing on establishing outcome standards, developing training curricula, improving faculty competencies, modernizing infrastructure and teaching methodologies, and fostering international collaboration. These measures aim to ensure the quality of vocational education and better align training outcomes with the increasing demands of the labor market.
