INFLUENTIAL FACTORS IN INNOVATION OF ENGLISH TEACHING METHODS AT THE PEOPLE'S POLICE UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

The article clarifies the factors affecting the innovation of English teaching methods at the university level. At the same time, the author evaluates the influence of these factors at university training at the People's Police Universities using a referendum for 45 managers and lecturers is teaching English. This result is the basis for proposing measures to manage innovative English teaching methods at the People’s Police Universities in Viet Nam.
