Abstract

As a science, professional training in the field of Cultural Management (formerly known as public culture) with the code 52220342. Cultural Management sector meets the needs  of human  resources  in  cultural  activities on  a  national  scale. Due  to  the  training requirements for social needs, so the training program of the sector has been perfected day by day. If applying the model of training management in cultural management at universities followed by CIPO model and implemented in a scientific process which is suitable for social and economic conditions towards the social requirements, the quality and effectiveness of the training cultural management bachelor will be enhanced, contributing to improve the quality of human resources for the country.
