Abstract

The paper presents the survey results of some limitations in students affairs management effectiveness in governmental economic university in Ho Chi Minh. According to the results obtained, the reasons why student management activity do not reach high quality is due to the students affairs management work is too heavy, management processes are not suitable for real practical and due to the consciousness of poor students. There are many factors including perception, attitudes and skills are also subjective reasons affecting the quality of student affairs management. In which, the reasons relating to soft skills limitation, working approach is not professional and enthusiasm attitude to Student are factors/issues need to be improved in reality.
