Abstract

English language is as a main criteria in training high-quality human resources, is a key to the process of integration and development. Especially, for improving the quality in English training is an urgent demand in the national education system, especially in higher education. Therefore, the reforms and changes in “innovating testing methods, assessing of language  training;  building  a  data  bank  of  questions,  serving  for  testing  and  assessing learners English language proficiency...; improving the effectiveness of testing and assessing the quality in language training" (English project 2008, 2020) is an important step in innovating and improving the quality of teaching and learning English non major for higher education.
