ASSESSING STUDENT SATISFACTION WITH THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE QUALITY
Abstract
The paper focused on analyzing statistical data collected through a questionnaire related to various aspects of educational service quality, such as infrastructure, educational environment, educational activities, educational outcomes, and empathy. The results showed high levels of satisfaction among students regarding infrastructure and educational outcomes. On the other hand, the educational environment and educational activities had lower satisfaction levels, indicating the need for improvements in this area. The results of the analysis of facilities restoration, educational outcomes and empathy have a positive and statistically significant effect, while the educational environment and educational activities do not affect the overall satisfaction of students about education quality.
