Abstract

"Health" of high schools is not a new concept. In recent years, it has been receiving attention from countries around the world and Vietnam is also starting. "Health" of a high school is the ability to meet the set goals of each school, meet the requirements of the Education Law, and be consistent with social requirements for high schools in each locality and the whole. The working conditions of teachers are a factor that needs attention to improve the health of high schools. This is extremely important in improving the high of education quality.
