DEVELOPING TEACHERS' DIGITAL COMPETENCIES IN THE DIGITAL AGE

Abstract

Vietnam is in the process of digital transformation in the economic, social, government sectors, especially the education sector with strong commitment from the education sector. This process requires Vietnamese education to prepare a human resource with adequate digital capacity to adapt and master digital technology. The article focuses on clarifying the need for teachers to develop digital competencies in the digital era, and proposes some solutions to develop digital competencies for teachers today to meet the educational requirements in the digital era
