Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has brought many changes in the way of teaching and learning. There are many opportunities and challenges for teachers in professional development, meeting the requirements of teaching and developing students' capacity. In order for teachers to meet the requirements of educational innovation, the organization of capacity development for teachers needs to change: schools must become learning organizations, provide regular support and create maximum conditions for teachers to develop their careers; building communities of practice among teachers in schools; Teachers need to be trained to use technology in teaching, testing, and assessment to create more engaging, personalized, and effective learning experiences for their students
