Abstract

According to the 2018 general education program, economics and law for students in high schools is a content in the subject of Citizenship Education. Economics and law for students are implemented through the process of teaching Citizenship Education (Promulgated together with Circular No. 32/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated December 26, 2018 of the Minister of Education and training) and other school subjects. The structure of the civic education curriculum includes a theoretical class and an organization for students to experience practical activities. Thus, the subject of civic education in general and the subject of economics and law in particular is both implemented by the method of theoretical classes, through the classroom teaching process, and through the organization of activities. education in practice. In this article, we present some concepts; content; duration and goals; characteristics of the economic and legal education program for high school students, in order to meet the current educational innovation requirements
