IMPLEMENTING THE COORDINATED VOCATIONAL TRAINING MODEL AT LILAMA 2 INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The more growing development science and technology have, the more high quality and skills the technical workers need in order to meet the businesses’s demand. Therefore, the Vietnamese government has recently invested in vocational education and training with modern facilities and equipment for training but the outcome is not yet satisfied and the situation of training quality has still been mentioned on the public websites. The article offers a perspective on the current situation, from there, proposing solutions to replicate the vocational training model in collaboration between Lilama 2 International College of Technology and businesses
