BUILDING A CULTURE OF TEACHING INNOVATION ENGLISH AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS BELONGING TO THE PEOPLE'S POLICE FORCE
Abstract
The article focuses on clarifying the values of building culture in school organizations as a positive factor in innovation teaching. The objectives, contents, implementation methods and necessary conditions when building a culture of innovation teaching methods have also been proposed. In order to eveluate whether those contents are really necessary and how feasible it is to build a culture of innovation English teaching methods at People's Police Universities, we used a questionnaire with 168 English language teachers and administrators and interviewed some managers. The results show that both are assessed at a high level of necessity and feasible. This is the basis for us to focus and use to build a culture of innovation teaching methods in each university
