SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF CURRENT COLLEGE FACULTY

Abstract

Currently, lecturers in colleges have two main activities, namely teaching and scientific research. These are two activities with an organic relationship, two basic tasks in the school's strategy, in which, the fact that the school's lecturers actively participate in scientific research activities is one of the important and necessary measures to improve the quality of training and better meet the human resource needs of the society. This article focuses on the following topics: 1) The benefits of lecturers when participating in scientific research activities; 2) Some exist in the scientific research activities of college lecturers; 3) Propose some measures to develop scientific research activities of lecturers at colleges today
