SOME MEASURES TO MANAGE FOSTERING ACTIVITIES HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHER MEET PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Abstract
Managing professional development projects for English teachers in upper-secondary schools for standardising professional competences comprises purposeful, planned and organized procedures from the management board at various levels for in-service English teachers. Such processes enable in-service English teachers to enhance their professional standards in upper-secondary schools for the goal of educational innovation. On the basis of researching on the current situation of promoting and managing the in-service English teachers training to fulfil the standards of professional competences in some provinces of the Mekong Delta region, this paper proposes measures in managing and promoting in-service English teachers to meet the demands of professional standards
