CURRENT SITUATION OF SCHOOL CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AT BINH DUONG UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The culture of a university is a system that includes beliefs, values, norms, and traditions. During the formation and development of the university, the culture of a university has been built, from which the members of the university recognize and follow. The culture of a university is expressed in physical and mental forms, thereby creating its own identity for each university. This study surveyed 149 employees, including leaders, lecturers, and office staff of Binh Duong Economics and Technology University. The research results indicate the level of agreement for each survey content on cultural development is relatively high, ranging from agreeing to completely agreeing. Research is a practical basis for the School Manager to develop appropriate policies, strategies, and management plans in building and developing university culture to enhance the entire development of the university
