STATUS OF SCHOOL CULTURE IN VIETNAM UNIVERSITIES FROM ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT VIEWPOINT

Abstract

As a part of research results from the thesis with code: A2018-18b-01, the main content of the paper focuses on presenting the basic theoretical foundations that guide the research and presentation of the current situation of higher education school culture. Modern culture of Vietnamese universities in the context of integration and development. On the basis of descriptive statistical data surveyed from 48 Vietnamese universities in all 3 regions with 1859 Students, Administrators, lecturers, Staff are 967 through 2 sets of online survey tools; At the same time, through interviews with 40 focus groups (20 groups of teachers, staff and 20 groups of students) and in-depth interviews with 48 individuals (including leaders of the University, Departments and Faculty of the University) from 48 universities in the sample. Interviews have provided a rich source of data, reflecting various aspects of the current state of school culture at Vietnamese higher education institutions
