Abstract

Building a model of managing renovation in English teaching methods is one of the necessary scientific issues in higher education institutions belonged to the People's Public Security Forces. On the basis of modern approaches in the science of educational management, especially approaching the theory of change management model with a distributed leadership and transformational leadership perspective as well.
