MANAGEMENT MEASURES TO IMPROVE THE TRAINING QUALITY OF EXCELLENT STUDENTS AT PHUNG KHAC KHOAN-THACH THAT HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

Currently, the  training and fostering for excellent students at high schools in suburban Hanoi has not gained  high efficiency  due to many causes. In this article, the author studies the factors affected the quality of training and develops specific solutions to deal with them, the measures  were applied  in 3 years (2017-2019) at Phung Khac Khoan-Thach That high school  and created  a marked improvement  in the quality of the school's excellent students in city excellent student exams.  From that result, our measures can be extended to apply to non-specialized high schools in the suburbs of Hanoi which also have similar conditions
