MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL BASED TEACHER TRAINING AT PRIVATE PRESCHOOLS

Abstract

Teachers need to participate in learning activities to develop their professional anywhere, anytime, educational context of the school in which they are a member, based on the main issues arisen in their classroom and connect directly their professional development activities with the effectiveness of teaching and educating students. Based on research, this paper builds a theoretical framework for managing school based in-service teacher training activities and describes the current status of school based in-service teacher training activities in the private preschool system being studied, thereby points out advantages and disadvantages that need to be overcome in order to improve gradually the model of school based in-service teacher training at educational institutions today
