PROPOSING PRACTICAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS OF THE MAJOR OF INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT, THU DAU MOT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Today, Binh Duong is one of the leading provinces focusing on developing industrial economy in Dong Nam Bo region and Vietnam. To have that success there are the contributions of universities and colleges in Binh Duong province in general and Thu Dau Mot university in particular. However, with the goal of developing students’ skills to meet the social requirements, the training programs of colleges and universities still have some limitations. Supplementing knowledge of local culture, traditional and local professions in order to contribute to preserving and developing national culture in parallel with future science and technology is suggestions analyzed in this paper in order to renovate practical internship program for students
