APPLYING THE CIPO MODEL INTO MANAGING EDUCATION OF SOCIAL SKILLS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Educating social skills for students is to form a psycho-social competencies for students so that students have positive and socially adaptive behaviors, mastering behaviors in situations of life. Student’s social skills include: social cognitive skills; effective communication skills; social interaction and cooperation skills; conflict solving skills. In each skill has many specific skills (component skills). This paper presents the CIPO model and application to the management of social skills education at educational institutions, through which scientists and managers can refer and implement in social skills education in Vietnam
