Abstract
Environmental exploration activities are compulsory in the current early childhood education program, playing an important role and significance in the comprehensive development of children's abilities and qualities. However, a major challenge today is that the capacity to organize environmental exploration activities of early childhood education teachers in private educational institutions still has many issues that need to be addressed and nurtured. In particular, the ability to access and reflect the viewpoints, educational orientations as well as educational goals of environmental exploration activities is not sufficient, leading to the organization of environmental exploration activities not reaching the expectation in the spirit or educational effectiveness. The article studies and proposes measures to manage the capacity to organize environmental exploration activities, aiming to foster awareness and improve the professional skills of organizing these activities for preschool teachers in private educational institutions.
