THE CURRENT STATUS OF DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STAFF IN THE SOUTHERN PROVINCES OF LAO PDR

Abstract

The research on the development of secondary school management staff in the southern provinces of the Lao People's Democratic Republic focuses on five main areas: 1) Planning; 2) Selection and appointment; 3) Monitoring and evaluation; 4) Training and professional development; 5) Creating a favorable environment. The results of the survey on the current situation of staff development through these five areas show that the development of secondary school management staff in the southern provinces of Laos has received attention. However, there is still a need for more coordinated efforts and measures to improve the effectiveness in all areas. Comprehensive improvement in these areas will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of management and education in secondary schools in the southern provinces of Laos.
