RESEARCH ON INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING MANAGEMENT AT COLLEGES IN THE RED RIVER DELTA REGION IN THE DIRECTION OF COHESION WITH ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Previous studies mainly focused on the management of training linkages between colleges and enterprises, highlighting the importance and providing many solutions for managing vocational training linkages between colleges and enterprises to meet human resource needs of industrial zones, localities and the labour market. However, there has been no in-depth study on the application of the CIPO model to comprehensively evaluate the process of vocational training management in the direction of cohesion with enterprises; no fundamental and core recommendations have been made to the State on the role of enterprises in vocational training activities, and no measures or models for linking colleges with enterprises to improve the effectiveness of vocational training management activities. This study conducts a survey and detailed analysis of the current status of industrial electrical vocational training management activities at colleges in the Red River Delta in the direction of cohesion with enterprises, thereby proposing measures and models of overall management cohesion from input factors, training process and output to benefit colleges and the needs of enterprises.
