Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as a strategic technology, driving comprehensive digital transformation across various sectors, including education - a cornerstone of sustainable development. While numerous studies have focused on the application of AI in teaching and learning, this paper approaches AI from the perspective of educational management - an area that remains relatively underexplored. It analyzes the potential of AI to enhance school governance, from automating administrative processes and optimizing resource allocation to strengthening the decision-making capacity of educational leaders. By synthesizing and comparing existing research with practical implementations, the paper not only clarifies the benefits and limitations of applying AI in educational management but also proposes practical recommendations to address these challenges. This constitutes a valuable contribution both theoretically and practically, supporting innovation in educational governance in the context of ongoing digital transformation.
