APPLYING THE THEORY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO DEVELOPING HIGH SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STAFF

Abstract

In education, staff development in general and the development of secondary school management staff in particular play an important role in improving the quality of general education. In this article, we discuss the role, importance and requirements for high school management staff in the Lao People's Democratic Republic in the current context; study some models of human resource management in general education today; from there, the most suitable model will be selected to build a theoretical basis for developing secondary school management staff to meet the requirements of current educational innovation.
