APPLYING THE THEORY OF INFORMATION PROCESSING STAGES IN TEACHING EDUCATIONAL SCIENCE FOR PEDAGOGICAL STUDENTS AT DONG NAI UNIVERSITY
Abstract
Approaching teaching theories-a new perspective on human learning mechanisms-describes the stages of information processing. The author analyzed the teaching situation at Dong Nai University, identifying limitations in curriculum content, pedagogical methodologies, and assessment approaches. A process of fostering active learning among students was proposed. The article emphasizes the importance of designing teaching activities that align with the cognitive processes of students in pedagogical fields, aiming to develop their professional competencies, critical thinking, and self-learning abilities. The findings contribute to innovations in teaching methodologies and affirm the relevance of teaching theories to individual psychological development and educational environments in the digital transformation era. The application of this theory promises to improve and enhance the quality of teaching Educational Science, meeting the needs and learning motivations of today's pedagogy students.
