MEASURES FOR MANAGING TRAINING ACTIVITIES FOR ORGANIZING EXPERIENCE AND CAREER GUIDANCE ACTIVITIES FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHERS IN DONG ANH DISTRICT, HANOI CITY
Abstract
Experiential and career guidance activities are compulsory educational activities in the general education program, playing an important role and significance in the comprehensive development of students' abilities and qualities. A major challenge now is that the capacity to organize experiential and career guidance activities of junior high school teachers in Dong Anh district, Hanoi is still limited in approaching and correctly reflecting the viewpoints, educational orientations and goals of experiential and career guidance activities, which is resulting less than expectation. The article studies and proposes measures to manage the capacity building activities to organize experiential and career guidance activities, aiming to improve awareness and professional expertise for the teaching staff to meet the requirements of the general education program.
