APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: OPPORTUNITIES, CHALLENGES, AND SOLUTIONS
Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is having a profound impact on K-12 education, with great opportunities such as optimizing management processes, improving school management, and personalizing the learning process. However, there are also significant challenges, including a lack of AI knowledge and skills among school staff, along with data security issues and ethical concerns. This article provides a comprehensive analysis through a literature review and theoretical research from international and domestic studies, combined with in-depth interviews with school administrators. The results show that AI not only brings benefits but also poses significant challenges. To effectively exploit AI and overcome these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen AI skills training, develop strict data security policies, and establish AI monitoring mechanisms in schools. The study provides important suggestions for ensuring the quality of K-12 education in the digital age.
