ASSESSING THE CHANGE IN LEVEL OF THINKING ABOUT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES OF OFFICERS - EMPLOYEES THROUGH THE COACHING METHOD
Abstract
This article studies the current knowledge and level of thinking about hospital quality improvement and changes through the Coaching method at Can Tho City Maternity Hospital and Can Tho City General Hospital. The research results show that the rate of knowledgeable staff accounts for 80,3%. Through the process of changing perceptions from the Coaching method, employees have reached levels of knowing, understanding, applying, analyzing, synthesizing-evaluating, respectively accounting for 3,5%; 1,0%; 2,3%; 19,0%, and 74,2%. After three months of implementing the Coaching method, the level of thinking of employees has decreased at lower levels and increased at higher levels. From these results, the study suggests some solutions to improve the level of thinking at these two hospitals.
