THE PERCEPTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REGARDING QUALITY ASSURANCE IN ONLINE TEACHING AT SOME UNIVERSITIES IN VIETNAM AT PRESENT

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of digital technology and the growing demand for learning options, universities around the world, including in Vietnam, are increasingly relying on online platforms to implementing education. Therefore, ensuring the quality of online teaching at universities has become an urgent issue. The article focuses on analyzing the current situation of ensuring the quality of online teaching from the perspective of 42 managers of 4 universities. The research results show that the research subjects have a good awareness of the need to ensure the quality of online teaching and a high level of satisfaction with items of online teaching.
