International cooperation of Quang Ninh University of Industry: Context, current situation and solutions to promote development

Abstract

In the development trend of modern education, international cooperation in education and training of universities takes place as an objective necessity and increasingly affirms its important role in the development process of universities in the world in general and in Vietnam in particular. In this article, the authors have researched and analyzed the important role of international cooperation in promoting university development today; Evaluate some positive results of Vietnam's higher education after 10 years of implementing Resolution 29-NQ/TW of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Evaluate the current situation and results of international cooperation activities of Quang Ninh University of Industry (QUI), thereby finding limitations, as a basis for researching and proposing solutions to develop and improve High efficiency of this activity, bringing practical values to contribute to the rapid and sustainable development of QUI University.
