Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on developing “Skilled Mass Mobilization” model in Vietnam today

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on mass mobilization is one of the critical factors that contributed to the glorious victories of the Vietnamese revolution since the foundation of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh considered mass mobilization an indispensable part of the Party’s guidelines and policies for achieving the goals of national independence and socialism. His ideology on the work have great theoretical and practical significance in building the Party, State, and other socio-political organizations. Based on his thoughts, the Communist Party of Vietnam continues to promote the mass mobilization comprehensively and profoundly. The growth of the “skilled mass mobilization” model in multiple fields and localities has demonstrated the realization, practical application, and development of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on mass mobilization.
