SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF DISADVANTAGED STUDENT CREDIT PROGRAM AT VIETNAM BANK FOR SOCIAL POLICIES (VBSP)PHUOCLONG DISTRICT

Abstract

Maintaining outstanding loan growth with good credit quality is a challenge for VBSP in the coming time. Disadvantaged student credit program at VietNam Bank For Social Policy (VBSP) is the great credit program contributing to national target about social welfare; detect and train talented persons for building and developing nation. However, maintaining growth of credit is a challenge for VBSP in the future. The research uses qualitative method and quantitative method by LOGIT model. By analysing current status and seven (07) factors affecting the quality of disadvantaged student credit program, the reaserch has proposed many solutions to improve the quality of the disadvantaged student credit program at VBSP Phuoc Long district, help the local government excute social welfare policy and grow economics well.
