Abstract

Trong thi công nhà cao tầng ở Việt Nam hiện nay có rất nhiều giải pháp ván khuôn đang được sử dụng, đối với những công trình có nhiều tầng điển hình giống nhau có hệ tường biên bê tông cốt thép thì giải pháp sử dụng hệ ván khuôn tường Gang form kết hợp ván khuôn nhôm đang được áp dụng rất hiệu quả. Việc nghiên cứu, đề xuất đưa ra quy trình thi công hệ ván khuôn Gang Form là cần thiết để các nhà thầu tham khảo áp dụng. Khi thi công cần thực hiện đúng trình tự thi công để đạt được hiệu quả tốt nhất về mặt chất lượng, tiến độ và an toàn. Từ những nghiên cứu và tìm hiểu từ kinh nghiệm thi công của các nhà thầu lớn, tác giả sẽ trình bày cụ thể những ưu điểm vượt trội và đề xuất quy trình thi công hệ ván khuôn này.

Abstract

In the construction of high-rise buildings in Vietnam today, there are many formwork solutions being used, for projects with the same typical multi-storey walls with reinforced concrete boundary wall system, the solution to use formwork system Gang Form with aluminum formwork is being applied very effectively. It is necessary to research and propose the construction process of the Gang Form formwork system for contractors to refer to and apply. During construction, it is necessary to follow the correct construction sequence to achieve the best effect in terms of quality, progress and safety. From the researches and learn from the construction experience of major contractors, the author will specifically present the outstanding advantages and propose the construction process of this formwork system.
