Abstract

The article focuses on studying the effects of changing the compression ratio
on the performance and fuel consumption of the engine at full load. The results
show that when the compression ratio changes from 9.5 to 13.4, the pressure in
the combustion chamber also increases. The increase in pressure helps improve
the combustion process and increase engine power. The increase in maximum
temperature in the combustion chamber leads to the detonation of the engine.
Research results show that with a compression ratio of 12.5, the engine can
produce optimal power and fuel consumption. However, adjusting the
compression ratio requires meticulous consideration to ensure maximum
performance and safe operation of the engine during operation.
