DESIGN OF A STATIC WIRELESS CHARGING FOR AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE
Abstract
The AGV (Automation Guided Vehicle) is specially designed for the function
of transporting freight and materials in factories, industrial parks, export
processing zones, and commercial centers without the intervention of operator
labor... Along with the development of today's modern industry, AGV is used
more and more popularly and places increasing demands on operating time as
well as minimizing operating costs. However, the current charging technologies
for AGVs still have many limitations such as low efficiency, low flexibility, and
long charging time, which leads to an increase in cumbersomeness as well as
economic pressure economic. This paper proposes a method to design static
wireless charging for AGV, it can charge with constant current using a wireless
power transfer system combined with a double-side LCC compensation circuit.
simulation and experimental results have verified the correctness of the design
method.
