RESPONSIBILITY FROM BENEFITS IN THE COOPERATION RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRAINING INSTITUTIONS AND ENTERPRISES: RESEARCH AT HANOI UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY

Abstract

Organizational-level cooperation between universities and businesses is a
current trend aimed at the benefits of both parties and training activities linked
to practice. The study is based on data from 82 surveys from businesses that
currently have a cooperative relationship with Hanoi University of Industry, to
assess the influence of benefits and social responsibility factors on the
cooperation relationship. The research results show a positive effect of the
element of responsibility and benefit in this relationship, confirming the positive
and consistent influence of the factors of cultural similarity, trust, and cohesion.
The study results also provide evidence of a liability factor from a benefit in this
relationship. These findings, on the one hand, confirm the role of the element of
interest in the cooperative relationship, and on the other hand, are the basis for
proposing several implications implying solutions to maintain and develop the
relationship in legal activities. between schools and businesses today.
