DESIGNING THE FRAME OF 35-SEATER BUSES ACCORDING TO VIETNAMESE STANDARDS AND ACCORDANCE WITH DOMESTIC PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

Designing automotive systems and components for domestic production in
accordance with the guidelines and policies of the government, which is good
approach in order to increase the localization rate in automobile production and
assembly. This paper presents the design of the frame of 35-seater buses in
accordance with QCVN 09:2015/BGTVT and the structural specifications in
accordance with domestic production technology. The design frame is calculated
to be durable in four dangerous operating fields including: static load at fully
loaded; emergency braking scenario; when turning around with the smallest
radius, maximum speed and when subjected to torsion. The results of the article
can be applied to domestic bus manufacturers.
