Abstract

This article focuses on the control of temperature and level in mixing tanks
used in food and beverage production. To ensure product quality, controlling the
temperature and level in the mixing tank is essential. The process of identifying a
mathematical model for the CE117 mixing tank system is based on experimental
identification, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Subsequently, a synthesis
method for a control system for the temperature and water level control loop is
designed from the transfer functions obtained. The control system proposed
ensures that the temperature and liquid level follow the set value with small
errors in cases with and without disturbances.
