THE IMPACTS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION AND CONTEXTUAL FACTORS ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTENTION OF STUDENT’S HANOI UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY
Abstract
The study aims to investigate the impacts of entrepreneurship education
and contextual factors on entrepreneurship intention of student’s Hanoi
University of Industry. This study is implemented based on the data collected
from 218 students of Hanoi University of Industry. The Cronbach’s Alpha,
exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear regression analysis were applied to
examine the reliability of measurements and calculate the relationship among
the factors in the research model. The research findings indicated that
entrepreneurship education, evaluation of relatives and social valuation have
significant and positive effects on entrepreneurship intention of student’s Hanoi
University of Industry. The findings highlight the important role of enhancing
entrepreneurship education as the key solution to improve the intention to
business start-up of student’s Hanoi University of Industry.
