Influence of joint clearance and linkage dimension deviation on the working position accuracy of output linkage in five-bar mechanism
Abstract
The accuracy of working parts depends on tolerance of elements of machinewhich construct the system. Mechanism synthesis often idealises linkages and
joints without considering the clearances of joints and deviation of linkages
dimensions. This paper proposes an analytical method to investigate the
influence of joint clearance and linkage dimension deviation on the working
position accuracy of output linkage in five-bar mechanism.
