Factors affecting learners’ satisfaction through E-learning program. A case study of NTTU
Abstract
With the trend of digitalization, E-learning is a suitable choice for many subjects bringing benefits to learners and teachers. To meet the growing need of learning, especially in higher education, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has constantly applied information technology in teaching process for traditional learning and online learning (E-learning) to improve the quality of training. This study explores the factors affecting official students’ satisfaction in E-learning program at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Data collected from 494 students were analyzed via SPSS tool, showing that the factors of content of course, students’ ability to self-study, lecturers and technology have implications for students’ satisfaction. This will help with solutions that can help with the development of E-learning based on the characteristics of NTTU.
